Cancellation Policy: 

We at Velozion, adhere to refund/cancellation policies for all the web services providing to our customers. To know the complete details about our policy, We request you to refer the respective service level agreement.

The client or the seaker of any of our services can request for cancellation of the same by sending an email to info@velozion.com. This process may need procedures like an in depth checking and justifications for the cancellation. Based on the discussions and suggestions, if we are drived towards cancellation then we will process the cancellation within 48 hours upon confirmation.

However, if we have failed to keep up any of our promises or quality in the services then we will proceed with a cancellation without any procedures. However, the cancellation happens post 48 hours after confirmation.

Money Refund Policy: 

We adopt to various refund policies related to our different services, depending on the service, project or the client. For More details please refer our individual service agreement.

The client or the seaker of any of our services request for a cancellation of project then we will not guarantee for the acceptance of refund. We will analyze the various factors involved in this project , such as verification of signed contract, email acceptance, signed electronically signed or physically signed between the two parties then only we decide to go for refund or not.

Velozion is not responsible for reimbursement for any transaction charges made for the project. Also amount send to third parties for the services rendered, or any miscellaneous charges that are not recoverable by Velozion. If a refund process in initiated, it would take upto 25 days for the amount to reflect back to your account.

Within 2-5 Days after advance payment is done	Money refund of 70% will be guaranteed	Designer, Developer, Project Manager and other resources will be allocated on the day when we get the financial confirmation. Along with this, we would have done few immediate expenses. Also the cost of payment gateway, currency conversions, tax etc will be deducted. Hence, 30% of the total amount paid will be deducted.
After 5 Days from the date of confirmation	No Refund	No Refund
If the project is completed more than 20%	No Refund	No Refund
If the client pay extra amount by mistake	Only the payment gateway charges will be deducted	We will refund the full amount after deducting payment gateway charges.
If the client Does not like the Design.	Refund based on validation	If the project is dropped at the early stages of the design without our mistake, we will hold the design, resource and transaction cost and refund the remaining amount.If the design is approved by the client and then drops the project we will again hold the design,resource and transaction cost and refund the remaining amount.
If there is any failure of agreed services or extreme delay in the progress of the work	Only the payment gateway charges, transaction charges, taxes and the amount spent on the third party softwares will be deducted	We will refund the full amount after deducting payment gateway charges, transaction charges, taxes and the amount spent on the third party softwares
Server(Third Party) side technical issues	No Refund	If there is a problem with the hosting and domain issues from third party vendors then we are not responsible for the losses.
SEO/Digital Marketing	No Refund	If there is a problem with the SEO/Digital Marketing from third party contractors then we are not responsible for the losses.
